Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the National Association of Municipalities in Bulgaria, the National Alliance for Social Responsibility /NASO/ and the European Association of Service Providers for Persons with Disabilities /EASPD/ organize the Seventh National Forum of Social Service Providers.

This Forum has brought together the leading part of responsible and interested stakeholders realizing social policies and social services in Bulgaria for six years. The work of the previous forums was characterized by active, positive and professional discussions, creation and implementation of active, national and European partnerships, opportunities to exchange experiences and seek solutions to important issues.

This year the agenda of the Seventh Forum includes carrying out a national meeting of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy with municipalities, providers and users of social services. The relation of this meeting to the topic of social policies (national and local), social services, the partnership for a better life in Bulgaria is a new moment building on the achievements in previous years and contributing to the tradition of partnership between government, municipalities, service providers and users of social services.

In order to achieve effectiveness in the work of the Forum and future beneficial partnership, representatives and experts of all institutions, organizations and stakeholders working in social policies and social services will work together: the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Ministry of Education and Science, municipalities, the National Association of Municipalities in Bulgaria, the European Association of Service Providers for Persons with Disabilities, the State Agency for Child Protection, the Social Assistance Agency, the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, nationally represented organizations for people with disabilities, the National Alliance for Social Responsibility and others.

Within the Forum, the participants will be able to obtain information, exchange experiences, discuss and seek answers to questions and solutions to problems, and implement national and international partnership.
